1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of troutandflies.com and the booking of any services offered by OSCA JOURNEYS S.L. (trading as Trout & Flies), CIF B26726887, registered active tourism agency in Aragón, Spain (DGA Registration No. CAA-0463). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
Trout & Flies offers private, guided fly fishing experiences and related outdoor activities in the Spanish Pyrenees. All activities are led by a certified guide in compliance with current Spanish active tourism regulations (Decreto 55/2008, Gobierno de Aragón).

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings can be made via our website contact form or by email at info@troutandflies.com
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed
Full payment must be completed prior to the activity date unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable

4. Cancellation Policy

By the client:

Cancellation 30+ days before the activity: full refund minus any bank transfer fees
Cancellation 15–29 days before: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 15 days before: no refund
No-show on the day: no refund

By Trout & Flies:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to adverse weather conditions, river restrictions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must be in adequate physical health to take part in the booked activity
Any relevant medical conditions, disabilities or health concerns must be disclosed prior to booking
Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the guide at all times
Trout & Flies reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves or others
Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold any required fishing licences for the region

6. Equipment
Basic equipment is provided as part of the guided experience unless otherwise stated. Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing for outdoor activity. Any damage to provided equipment caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

7. Liability

OSCA JOURNEYS S.L. holds full civil liability (RC) insurance as required by Spanish active tourism regulations
Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Trout & Flies takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety but cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from failure to follow guide instructions, personal negligence, or unforeseeable circumstances
Trout & Flies is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during activities

8. Photography & Media
Trout & Flies may photograph or film activities for promotional purposes. By booking, participants consent to their image being used in marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any published content, please notify us in writing before the activity.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
